How much does event staffing cost?
Our pricing depends on the type of staff required, the number of staff, the duration of your event and the level of experience needed. We provide bespoke quotes tailored to each event. Submit a quote request and we will come back to you within 24 hours with a detailed proposal.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your preferred staff. For most events we ask for a minimum of 2 weeks notice. For larger events, festivals or complex requirements, 4 to 6 weeks is preferred. We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests where possible.
How far do you travel?
We are based in London and primarily cover London and the surrounding areas. We can accommodate events across the UK depending on requirements. Please include your event location in your quote request and we will confirm availability.
Are your staff insured?
Yes. All Nové Events staff are fully insured and covered for the events they work. We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance and ensure all staff hold the relevant certifications for their roles.
Do you provide uniforms?
Yes. All of our staff arrive in professional, consistent attire appropriate to your event. For formal events this is typically all-black professional dress. For branded or bespoke events we can accommodate specific dress codes. Please include any requirements in your enquiry.
What types of events do you cover?
We cover corporate functions, weddings, private parties, product launches, award ceremonies, brand activations, trade shows, festivals and large scale public events.
How are your staff selected?
Every member of our team goes through a thorough vetting process including a detailed application, interview, reference checks and identity verification. Only candidates who meet our standards are added to our roster.
What happens if a staff member cannot attend on the day?
We maintain a roster of trained backup staff for exactly this reason. In the unlikely event that a confirmed team member cannot attend, we will replace them with an equally qualified staff member and notify you immediately.
Do you provide a point of contact on the day?
Yes. Every event is assigned a dedicated Nové Events supervisor who is responsible for briefing the team and being available to you throughout the event.
